Steps of Anulom Vilom Pranayama
  • Close your eyes and sit in padmasana.
  • Close the correct nostril with the correct thumb.
  • Presently Inhale gradually through the left nostril in 2.5 second breathe in the oxygen as much as you can, this will fill your lungs with air.
  • Expel your thumb from your correct nostril, as you expel your thumb from right nostril simply breathe out.
  • When you breathe out utilize your center finger to close your left nostril at that point breathe in with our correct nostril in 2.5 second and expel thumb from the correct nostril at that point breathe out.
     
  • So one complete cycle will complete in 10 second.
     
  • Repeat this cycle for 5 minutes.
