It is a very good breathing exercise.It keeps brain happy and body healthier.It can treat migraine and paralysis very well.
Bhastrika is known as 'bellows' in Sanskrit.In bhastrika pranayama we inhale and exhale forcefully so it is also known as a deep breathing exercise.

 Steps of Bhastrika Pranayama
  • Sit in Padmasana with eyes closed.
  • Take a deep breath in.
  • Now breathe out.
  • Now breath in 2.5 second and breath out in 2.5 second.
  • Repeat this for 2-3 minutes.
