Steps of Bahya Pranayama
- Close your eyes and keep your back straight.
- Take a deep breath in.
- Now exhale completely
- After exhaling hold the breath.
- Now try to pull your stomach upward as much as possible for you,pull up the muscles in the area below the navel.
- Now move your head down so that your chin touch your chest.
- Now hold this position for 5 to 10 second.
- Now relax.
- If you are having neck or back pain,do not move your head down just look straight.
Repeat the process for 5 to 10 times.
- Helpful in Constipation,Acidity,Gastric problem,Hernia.
- Helpful in reproductive organs related problems.
- Concentration power became better.
- Digestion becomes better.
- Helpful for diabetes patients.
- Cures urinary related problem.
- Patent of High BP (blood pressure) problems should not attempt this.
- All Pranayama must be done on empty stomach.
