Steps of Bahya Pranayama
  • Close your eyes and keep your back straight.
     
  • Take a deep breath in.
     
  • Now exhale completely
     
  • After exhaling hold the breath.
     
  • Now try to pull your stomach upward as much as possible for you,pull up the muscles in the area below the navel.
     
  • Now move your head down so that your chin touch your chest.
     
  • Now hold this position for 5 to 10 second.
     
  • Now relax.
     
  • If you are having neck or back pain,do not move your head down just look straight.
    Repeat the process for 5 to 10 times.
