Steps of Udgeeth Pranayama
- Sit in padmasana or sit straight with eyes closed
- Inhale deeply thought you nose until your diaphragm is full with air.
- Now exhale with chanting the word Om.
- Remember while exhaling keep "O" long and "m" short.
